Center for Bioinformatics and Genome Biology (CBGB)
We are a Center within the Life Science Foundation (Fundación Ciencia para la Vida)
dedicated to research and teaching activities in bioinformatics and genome biology.
We operate 132 cpu cluster contributed by Microsoft as part of a sponsored research program.
The CBGB is a member of the Ibero- Latin American Bioinformatics Network (RIB), the Virtual Institute for Integrative Biology (VIIB)
and the E-science Infrastructure Shared Between Europe and Latin America (EELA-2)
